Costa Rica
Welcome to day 13 of 14 days of traveling. A place I would love to visit is Costa Rica. I think it would be nice to see the beautiful oceans and sunsets. Three activities I would love to do is visit the El Toledo Coffee Tour, visit Cano Islands and go ziplining. A famous dessert I would love to try is their Copo(shaved ice).
One activity I would love to do is participate in the El Toledo Coffee tour. As a coffee lover, I think I would be so excited about this the most. The organic, family run El Toledo coffee plantation illuminates the process of farming, harvesting, processing, drying, roasting and packaging one of Costa Rica's most famous crops. Furthermore, I would love being able to learn about the way of farming specialty coffee.
Second activity I would love to do is visit the Cano Islands, where I would love to see the island, beautiful scenery. As well as, go snorkeling. This is one of the top diving and snorkeling destinations in Costa Rica. The water is surrounding the islands which are crystal clear and the coral reef.
Third activity I would love to do is go ziplining by the waterfall. I think this would be so fun, I have never been ziplining before, so this would be a little scary for me. However, you only live once. This spot offers 4 descents, 2 canopy lines, 3 natural pools and trails. You are able to zip line, pool jump and do hiking with lunch provided. I would most likely do all. Amazing experience.
A famous dish I would love to try is their Copo (shaved ice). Additionally, the cups of shaved ice are topped with milk powered, flavored syrups, fresh fruits and marshmallows can be added to this. It is often referred to as copos or granizados. I think this would be pretty good and I love icee's so, I would be excited to try this.
Exploring new sites, one passport at a tine see ya next time :).
Aaliyah, I think the way you plan your trip is perfect to visit and make the most of your stay in a new spot. Costa Rica is beatuiful, not only for its landscape but for its people and El Toledo Coffe Tour sounds like the best plan to meet both. Going for local choices and fun experiences to explore its nature, I love it!
ReplyDeleteThis has been on my bucket list for awhile and I hope to make it there one day! Cano Islands looks beautiful and will be added to my list, when I make the visit.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a fun itinerary! Ziplining and hiking sound like great times, but I would also be scared at first. Visiting the Cano Islands also sounds like a great plan. I would love to go snorkeling and seeing all the cool water life! Honestly, Costa Rica wasn't on my list of places to visit, but now it is! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteThis itinerary sounds amazing! After snorkeling this past January in Mexico, I want to snorkel everywhere I go! It is such a surreal experience. Cano Islands looks so breath taking and will be added to my bucket list.
ReplyDeleteNice, I think that Costa Rica would be a ball. My sister went there for about a month I do believe. Best of luck!
